Dermoid cysts are one of the more interesting types of ovarian cysts. In a dermoid cyst, the unfertilized egg will actually start to form into human structures. This will make a cyst that contains teeth or hair or bone. These type of cysts do have to be surgically removed, but they are not cancerous.

You can see it down in the pelvis – I’m guessing this cyst contained teeth!
